About Us
The ICT book started with a simple problem: students needed ICT notes they could actually understand, and they needed to be able to read them at home, not just in the computer lab.
It began as a resource for one teacher’s own class: simplified, syllabus-aligned notes on Computing/ICT for Basic and Senior High School students in Ghana. What students couldn’t finish in a single period, they could now revisit on their phone that evening. Word spread beyond one classroom, and the site grew into what it is today: a free library of ICT notes covering everything from computer hardware and networks to internet safety, mobile money security, and exam-style practice questions, organized by class level (Basic 7 to SHS) in line with the GES syllabus.
Every note here is written the same way it would be explained on a whiteboard: plain language first, technical terms explained as they come up, and real examples students recognize from their own lives. No jargon for the sake of sounding “technical.” Just clear notes that help a student understand a topic, not just memorize it for a test.
Whether you’re a JHS student catching up on Basic 9 computing, an SHS student reviewing networks before an exam, or just someone trying to understand a tech term you keep hearing, the ict book is built to make ICT make sense.
Thanks for stopping by, and if there’s a topic you’d like explained simply, reach out through theĀ Contact page.
