Open the folder in which the document is. If you can not locate your document but you know its name, just open any folder and type the name into the search box of the file explorer and your document will show up.
Put the mouse pointer on the document and click on it.
Put the mouse pointer on the share tab in the upper-left side of the windows and click on it.
After clicking the share tab, a toolbar will show beneath it.
Click on Print from the drop down toolbar. If Print is faded, then the document can not be printed.
The print dialog box will appear(your print dialog box may be different from the image below). This is where to do all the settings.
In the Printer section, click the drop-down box and choose the printer to use.
In the Copies section, choose the number of copies to be printed out.
Under the Pages to Print, select the page and the number of pages to be printed out.
Continue with other settings to suit your wishes.
Click on Print and your printer will print your document out for you.
PRECAUTION : If you issue a print command (eg. 5 times) before connecting the printer, some modern printers like the HP laserjet Pro will start printing automatically unless you stop it on the printer’s control panel.
